To adhere to social distancing guideline, there will be no staffed hours at all our stores until further notice. Please respect non-physical interaction with our staff. Please purchase credit online and request the storage room if you have a shelf parcel.

Please note that we will waive the storage fee until the border is reopened.

How it works in four easy steps

  • Step 1: Sign up

    Sign up for your free account and receive a unique customer ID

  • Step 2: Buy credit

    Purchase credit online with credit card or in person with cash. If you are picking up during staffed hours, you do not need to purchase credit prior to pickup.

  • Step 3: Ship

    Ship your packages to desired store in Blaine, Lynden, Sumas or Niagara Falls

  • Step 4: Pick up

    Upon parcel arrival, you'll receive an email with a PIN code to be entered at our automated parcel locker system 24/7, 365 days a year. The parcel receiving fee is automatically deducted from your credit balance.
